Someone PLEASE HELP Already...

All im trying to do is get this manilla customizer up and going on my TP but I cant launch the program because its saying i need a newer version of microsoft framework, I've tried installing that but that framework doesnt let me launch becuase it says its needing a program to be associated with it. Please help ive been trying to figure this out for days:drunken:

Try using this version

Install the cab, then copy the tweaks.xml file to the install directory on your phone.
