yeah it was the first thing i did i power cycled teh phone i dont know what is wrong with it. i cant open sprint music store from the link on the web tab

yeah text came back earlier today there was only a text nation wide outage data still worked my opera has been down since yesterday

so you're saying you still have data and can get on internet explorer. correct? if that is the case, maybe try hard-resetting. I don't have a pro, so i don't know the procedure, but many people do. A hard reset sets everything back to factory default.

Back up your contacts, files, etc. first and then do a hard reset on your pro.. You will lose everything with a hard reset...

vol button down + OK button ( center ) + power button
hold them all at the same time and use stylus to reset your phone on the bottom

OR

Go to clear storage under settings...
