I went to the Sprint site and found a program that yoy can download called Ringo Mobile. This program allows you to assign your ringtones as call tones. the cost was 24.99 for the program.

If by call tones you are referring to ringback tones, where it is what the person hears when they call you,, it has nothing to do with your phone,, those are stored server side through your carrier and is not a part of your phone

Call tones as of 3-1-2009 are allowed on windows mobile/Blackberrys. I got the memo
 I have no idea whether the option is working or how well. I will look in to it though.
