Sprint Touch Pro CPU only 400 MHz??

I installed BateryStatus/HomeScreen plus and the CPU speed is being reported at 400 MhZ. Anyone else notice this?

It's inaccurate.

The same program reported my Mogul (when I had it) as 300 MHz.

it could be reading the processor speed at that given time. intel processors have scalars on them

The touch pro has a qualcomm processor.

Yea, that's not correct. I'm using my TP right now and went to Start -> Settings - > Device Information then clicked on the Hardware tab it it recognizes a Qualcomm 528MHz

does intel even make mobile phone chips?

the xscale was intel I believe though now I haven't heard much. but considering how small microprocessors are these days, it isn't really all that big of a shift from PC microprocessor to mobile microprocessor. but regardless of the status on intel chips, the qualcomm chips in our phones are also scalar and can run at different speeds based on the need.
