Renew 2 year contract with sprint...What should I expect?

With regards to additional savings for two lines? I just talked with customer support and they would only give me $60.00 for our two lines and not $50/line.

Is this normal? I purchased my TP a few weeks ago from Best Buy and my wifes phone was upgraded about a year ago (without any kind of contract extension as far as I know)

thanks.

I don't know how you bought a phone at BB without extension.

I bought the TP at best buy and got the 2 year extension on my phones, however, they told me that I would have to get the discount of $50/line directly from sprint. My wifes phone was purchased last year, I don't think we had to do an extension because the old phone was damaged and this new one was a replacement.

the discounts vary. its based on your time with them and price plan. long and more you spend a month with give you the 70/line. first year upgrades only get 5% off bills. it all varies. no set in stone offer.

Thank you,
This is actually my third or fourth year with sprint and this is the first upgrade with them. We spend about 100/month with them.

Does everyone get the discount, or only if you don't upgrade your phone?

Re: Renew 2 year contract with sprint...What should I expect?

its acutally for the contract.. has nothing to do with the upgrade. if you pay more than 100 a month call and see if you can get put on the prefered customer... it will get you 25% off an accessory, and yearly upgrades. if you have been a sprint cust for over 10 years, pay more than 100/month for 1 line or 129.99 for 2 or more lines. this will only get you a yearly upgrade for the primary line on family plans. hope his helps.. and if it does please give thanks.
