Exchange Push Mail

I've searched throughout the forums but could only find information concerning Gmail and other e-mail accounts, but if a thread has been stated please inform me. I am trying to add my work e-mail to my phone and make it somehow work through push. I really don't know how that works, I guess you press a button and all the e-mails are received. Currently, I have the account set up on my phone, but I have to press the send/receive button every time I want to know if I have new mail. This gets very tedious, so I am wanting to know if there is an easier way.

Thanks.

Go to Start > Programs > ActiveSync > Menu > Schedule

That is where you set it to manually, as mail arrives, or every X amount of min.

Go into ActiveSync, then tap Menu->Schedule. Change the Sync setting to "As Items Arrive" for push email. Or you can go to the settings tab of TF3D, tap Communications, and then tap Microsoft Direct Push. I KNOW the ActiveSync way works. I THINK the CommManager way works, I just don't trust it as much.

Re: Exchange Push Mail

Which button would I actually push? Is that how it works... I press a button and bam... my mail is downloaded?

I think you're confused. Pushmail means the opposite. You don't have to push a button to check email. It would be "pushed" to your phone.
