Removing PPCKitchen logo

I need to send my touch pro back to sprint for a replacement, but I can't figure out how to remove the PPCKitchen logo with chef on it when the device boots up. I've done a hard reset, restored factory ROM and it's still always there...

Look for my thread about the boot splash screen, you will find what your looking for there
