Any way to unbind the 'back' and 'home' buttons within WM?

Trying to use AEB to map the 'back' button to run app iLauncher OK button. With the proper setting within iLauncher, running iLauncherOK button will kill the current app rather than minimize.

But it only works intermittently. I think the 'back' button is doing something odd, because when I map it to open the iLauncher task manager on single click, it goes back to Today screen then opens it. I had read that Home and Back buttons always do their native functions first, but thought that was only if you're running TF3D. I'm not running TF3D, but I think it's still going back first, then running whatever is mapped within AEB.

Anyway to unbind the 'back' and 'home' buttons within WM so that AEB can truly have full control?

no2chem is working on it. He's already enabled the QWERTY internet, comm manager, and TXT buttons to be mapped. Will be bad *** once they can be mapped. I'd have it to press the soft keys, then the long press would do its native function.
