I've installed Flash Lite 3.1 but I still can't seem to get Flash to work (to be recognized) in IE. Specifically, I want to go to the WSOU.net site and play the radio station that requires Flash. Is that possible?

Use this website in Internet explorer... Select WSOU and it should stream from windows media player... Has whole selection of FM and some AM radio stations...

when i try that station i get media type not supported

That's because WSOU apparently streams using the Real Audio/Real Media (realplayer) protocol. You need realplayer for pocketpc. I've attached the cab file, unzip it. Enjoy, you owe me a Guinness stout.
