bluetooth issue

I tried using bluetooth with my infiniti g37. The 6700 with mobile 6.1 worked fine with my car. For some reason, the touch pro pairs fine with my car, but when I go to use it the sound comes out all garbled. Anybody else have any problems with bluetooth on the touch pro, or have a possible solution for me? Thanks.

Re: bluetooth issue

I am having a similar problem with my bluetooth handsfree on the Infiniti G35 sedan. I switched from a Treo 700p. Hopefully, this is a software issue and it can be fixed easily.

Re: bluetooth issue

I'm also using it on an Infiniti- 2007 FX35- with zero issues. I'm sure you have, but did you try deleting and re-pairing?

Re: bluetooth issue

Yes, tried deleting and re-pairing multiple times. It is so strange. I have found a work around that ultimately leads to a clear connection.....it is just a bit of a pain:

1. Make phone call.
2. While phone is ringing hit "switch to handset" on the navigation controller
3. Once it switches to handset, immediately hit the phone button on the car's console

You will now have a crystal clear connection. It is so bizarre that he initial connection comes out garbly every time, but if you disconnect and reconnect while on a phone call it works.

Re: bluetooth issue

I have a Infinity G35 and it comes out horribly. When I had a diamond it did the same thing so I went back to my Blackberry. The bluetooth on those worked so perfectly in my car that coming to this just kills me. Anyone figure out something easier to fix it?
