Question

When the tap the power button on the top of my TP... Most of the time the screen flashes on, than looks as if it refreshes or loads again... Causing a black screen for a little less than a second... Any ideas on why my TP is doing this?

Mine does it occasionally. It's because your putting your phone to sleep and it has to reenable TF3D and sometimes it takes a second. Nothing to fear!
