Cannot Send Email from Comcast???

I can receive on my Touch, but cannot send from my Comcast POP3 account. Anybody have any ideas??

I have the same problem here with Brighthouse network and I believe it only will allow you to send and receive from your desktop but only allow you to receive from your mobile unit..I think it might be a security thing here but not sure...maybe someone can shed some light on this.

I use Comcast and didn't have my account configured on my TP, so I just setup the account and tested it with success with both sending and receiving. I would recommend that you delete out your comcast account on your Touch and re-add it.

Thanks! It worked! I deleted the Comcast acct and readded and was able to send mail from my Touch!! Thanks!!
