Re: internet not working

I did everything in this thread and still do not have internet. I lost my internet after I did a esn swap to a 2nd touch pro. It seems like updating my profile does nothing since it says "no need update" or something to that extent. Do I need to call up sprint and have them log my account for an update or something?

Re: internet not working

I had a similar prob. Sprint said my activation had not been provisioned properly. Took two hours on their end. Afterwards my phone "self activated" and works fine. There must be some conflict in the system when you manualy activate these new phones.

Re: internet not working

It seems like typing ##RUN# and deleting everything worked.

Afterwards I could not make outgoing calls though so I had to edit my phone number on the phone.

Type ##(your msl; call sprint and ask them for it)#
Click edit
There should be a MDN and MSID field. Input your phone number in both of those fields.

Reboot. Now you should be able to make outgoing calls and have internet. I can anyways.

the mdn and the msid arent always the same, especailly if you have ported your number in..and the msid isnt alyway your phone number.

this is another reason some people should not have their MSL , it can create so many more problems

Nice try buddy. My MSID, along with many other people's, is different than my MDN.
