I am in the middle of a 30 day exchange and I originally ordered the phone through telesales, they told me that I can only process the 30 day exchange through telesales.
Aslo, they are out of stock and you will have to wait 5 to 8 days before the replacement ships. Make sure they give you a $50 invoice credit for the inconvenience.

Wow, that was a pretty quick response! I was hoping not to call Sprint again, just because this will be call 4 since Friday, but it sounds like a must. Will they do an advanced replacement (ie. send me a new phone and then I send the old one back?)

Yup, I'm going to call tomorrow as soon as I'm done with class.
It's actually gotten worse already too, I was only able to see it on white before, now I can see it on gray too! |
