Yeah man, read the TP essentials in the stickies uptop and save the cabs you need to an HTC PRO folder on your desktop/laptop/or MIcro SD card. You may want to get a bigger Micro SD since the TP comes with 1 GB only....1GB was a lot before now it is peanut...I have a 4 but definitely can use an 8.

Hahah I'm prepared for some terrible customer service. I work in customer service for a sales company and I understand why they can be awful at times. We don't get paid enough for all the bull we take!

Re: Jus Transfer to Sprint from Verizon for a Touch Pro!

I sympathize with the customer service people in general, its the ones that give you attitude right off the bat that annoys me - as soon as you say hello they think you're going to con them. There's a fine line between sales and customer service. The sales people lie to the customer, and then customer service has to deal with the disgruntled customer because of the greedy salesman. Salesman cons customer, customer asks for what he was offered, customer service thinks customer is conning them...Wonderful cycle. I wonder if they send the salespeople and customer service guys to the same training school.

This is not really true anymore. Sometimes it can be bad....but this past year Sprint has literally kissed the ground I walk on. Theyve gone out of their way to help me and keep me happy, and its very much appreciated.

Re: Jus Transfer to Sprint from Verizon for a Touch Pro!

You made a wise decision. I came from Verizon over three years ago and am extremely happy with sprint. We got EVDO here before verizon provided it, the customer service has been leaps and bounds above verizon and the value you get on the sprint network is leaps and bounds above Verizon. Coverage in my area has been near perfect for years too.

Might want to wait and get the Altel Raphael. Or, if you have access to an out of state address you can sign up for sprint and port your 406 number there, then change the billing address later.
