Where to buy a Touch Pro

Alrighty, trying this again.

Just sent my Sprint TP back to Wirefly to have it replaced and have to wait 'till the 9th to get it back from them. I was thinking about switching and going though Best Buy instead. My 2 issues with them is that the closest Best Buy is 2 1/2 hours away (Stupid Montana..), though that's quicker then 7 business days, and that the TP through them seems more expensive, $799+$219 protection plan v.s. $569+$50 with a less comprehensive protection plan. Never dealt with Best Buy on cell phones and I wanna make sure I'm making a good educated decision.

What's worth more to you? Your time or your money? From what I have read, the BB ins. is crap compared to TEP (sprint).

to put it plain and simple:do not go to worst buy.once they get your money,they change all the rules.they will make you think that you are getting the deal of a lifetime but if you have to make an exchange,things get very interesting.DO NOT GO TO WORST BUY.

Assuming you did not drop/break your phone before returning it, how have you had a bad experience? I never had an issue with exchanging a phone, especially if it was defective....
