Dear Christopher,

Thank you for contacting Sprint.

Looking at the detail on the account I do see that based on the address
for the billing on the account that you are in an area that the Sprint
Coverage will vary, which could be the reason for the signal bouncing
from Good to Weak. This could also be the reason that the some of the
calls are not being received also.

And based on that detail there would be little that could be done to
increase the signal strength other than to looking in to get the Airave.
To get additional detail you can visit http://www.sprintenterprise.com/airave/
or visit a Sprint retail location for more information.

Being that you are with in the 30 day time frame you may also want to
have the phone looked at to assure that the issue is not with the phone
itself. Should you need to find a location please visit http://www.sprintstorelocator.com.

Thank you again for contacting Sprint. We appreciate your business.

Sincerely,
Deneica K.

Original Question: HTC Touch Pro reception
Question: I recently upgraded my Mogul to a HTC Touch Pro. While
standing outside, the reception bars goes from no baras to 3 bars every
few seconds. Most of my incoming calls are not coming thru. I receive
no calls while in my house, even though I can place calls just fine.
While in the house or at work the bars fluctuate from 0 to 2 every few
seconds. Any suggestions?
