BECAREFUL putting in or removing your Battery!!!

I just wanted to take the time to give you guys a warning. I got my Touch Pro about 4days ago and from the start of just trying to start up and activate the phone I had issues getting it to just pass the screen saying Touch Pro. I kept lighting up saying Touch Pro then going black and vibrating. I toke it to my local Corporate Sprint store and the rep didn't want to look at it as they were sold out didn't have replacements and we're ready to start repairs on it. Just by chance passing a Sprint retailer and the rep was able to see that the springs in the phone that the batter presses against we're off a bit. Hooray I had it up and running smoothly. Sad to say I had my 1st drop yesterday and now the darn thing wont turn on the same springs that press against the battery are all jacked up.

Sprint now wants me to purchase another phone for $609.00 (american dollars) before they send me another phone as it was sold out for about a week and now up in limited stock. Lucky with enough b*tching I was able to get them to reduce that fee to $50.20 which will be credited to my account once I return the broke phone
