On screen keyboard issue..only #'s work..no letters

Search didn't yield anything helpful.....

I'm not sure what I've installed or changed but I can't use any letters on all but one of the built in keyboards. I prefer the Full QWERTY but only the numbers work...when I click on ABC, it goes nowhere (just like the Compact QWERTY) I haven't installed any other soft keyboards.

The only built in keyboard that works is the tiny keyboard.

Any thoughts?

I encounter the same issue sometimes when I open Opera and attempt to enter into a text field. However if I close all the way out and re-start Opera the issue normally dissappears. It may be nothing more than a slight bug...

The solution? I have no clue.

Just merely combining my own relative experience...

Just reset the word completion registry key

i had that problem but i kenw what it was, if your using diamond tweak and you turn on the t9 hack to allow it to be enabled, it should be disabled atleast thats why my phone did that
