How's the bass?

Hello,

I had used my HTC Wings S730 as my primary portable music player. When I "upgraded" to the HTC Touch, I was sad to see that there was no Audio Manager+Audio Booster, the combo that brought me good bass (without distortion) available.

I've been seeking a solution since I got it and it has yet to be realized.

I am pondering dropping the $600 on the Touch Pro (Sprint is my carrier), but I definitely require that it has good bass.

Does it?

Thanks!

Matt

Well...

Its not like a sub woofer. I can hear the bass-line of music, but its still pretty non-bass sounding.

Use the audio booster program that comes with the pro. Sounds good only problem it only works with headphones.

Re: How's the bass?

Check out the WOW HD drivers. Not only do they improve fidelity and loudness, but there are settings for Trubass which provide good distortion free sound.

Re: How's the bass?

I have no major fidelity complaints putting the music through the Jabra BT3030 and a pair of Sony MDR-E888SP headphones. I don't boost the audio or tweak it in any way. But then again I'm not "bass crazy"--more of a mid- and hi-fi kinda guy.
