Couple of things on my wishlist in terms of tweaks...

I love my phone, but there are a few things that would make it absolutely perfect!

1. A way to make the End Call button to X out of an app. It gets annoying squeezing the corner to X out of corners with my thumbs. I know you can use the Back button as the "ok" button, but looking for a way to completely X out of an app using a button.

2. Shorten the time of having the phone's screen turn itself off (Default shortest time is 40 seconds).

3. Pagepool adjustment without reflashing!

1. Search the forum for AEButtonPlus ... that should let you tweak the hardware buttons to your liking.

2. Start > Settings > Power ... should be able to adjust the delays to your liking.

3. Yeah, that would be awesome. Check the upgrades subforum for news on that.

for #2, the shortest delay is 10 seconds for standby, and 40 seconds for power off. I'm looking to shorten that power off delay... it's not under Power in settings. But thanks for the AEButtonPlus tip, I'll look into it right now!

Sorry I must have misinterpreted what you needed.

Still, if you really need it to shut off quicker, and I know I'm going on a limb here, but why not just hit the power button?

Incidentally, that 40 seconds, I'm pretty sure includes the 10 seconds already spent on dimming the display. I say that because I know I don't wait 5 minutes for mine to power off (2 min standby and 3 min power off).
