Sprint Touch Pro use with Verizon?

Anyone know if I can buy a Sprint HTC Touch Pro, cancel the service (and take the cancellation as a loss) and use it with Verizon? Found a hot deal on a Sprint one but don't know if there's any way to cook it to work with Verizon.
