Too picky? or Legit Issues?

Heres my situation. My original Touch Pro seems to have a lot of play in the sliding mechanism. When I look at it from the side, there is a decent gap between the two peices, especially at the bottom of the phone. When I "click" on items on the screen, I can feel the two halves touching (small but annoying) before the click happens. I don't remember this happening on my mogul. Should I return it for a new one, or is this normal?

BTW, I also think it increased since I got it. Maybe Im just now noticing it, but I don't remember it feeling like this when I first got it. No drops or anything. I used it maybe 3-4 times for music while running about 2 miles each time. This maybe has something to do with it?

Re: Too picky? or Legit Issues?

If it bothers you take it back. I'm the same as you if the phone felt loose or had to much give in it I would take it back. Maybe go check out the display phone at sprint and compare the two.
