Weird Problem

I started noticing problems with my TP last night (running Energyrom CDMA) and the screen started shrinking the taskbar and doing funky things with the clock... I reflashed to stock and relocked, and now it isn't doing it anymore...
So I thought maybe it fixed itself, and went ahead and unlocked and reflashed to the new Energyrom, and wouldn't you know it, the same thing began happening again.
I am relocking as I type this to take it in, do you think they would give me a replacement? I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow, so the timing is SUPER bad.

Re: Weird Problem

It maybe something quirky with the ROM you're trying to use. You yourself stated it not happening with the stock ROM. Look in the thread for the ROM you're trying to use, to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Good luck, stay stock for your trip or try another ROM from another chef.

Re: Weird Problem

It happened with two versions of the rom... I had been running the first version for a couple weeks with no problems at all.

Re: Weird Problem

Were you trying to run AdvancedConfig and/or DiamondTweak at the same time. They don't clash on mine. Maybe some of the registry tweaks were off a little. You stated that the quirkiness is not happening with the stock compilation right? Try another ROM and see if it is affected. If it were your hardware/phone it should be happening even while running stock. Good luck.

Graphics chip is clearly shot on your TP. Appears the refresh rate can't stay constant.
