missed call notification - on ignored calls

this may be super simple, but how do i turn off the notification of a missed call when i ignore the call? I dont want the light to start going in circles and I dont want to have to "dismiss" the event either.

You can edit your registry to do so but it will kill the notification for good.

do you know what to change? i wouldnt mind doing it as long as that was the only notification i lose.

Did you try changing the setting at Start-Settings-Sounds & Notifications, then click on the Notifications tab at the bottom, then change the drop down to Phone: Missed call? You can turn it off there.

yes, actually i turned off all notification for missed calls in there and i'm still getting them. my real goal though is to only remove the notification on calls that i click ignore on.

That would be a great find if somebody could get it to work. I didn't miss the call, I intentionally ignored it, so I don't need a notification.

Obviously if you ignored the call, you are aware of it, and therefore don't need to be told about it...

Has anyone figured this out? I want to disable all notifications...and yes I did try to go into Sounds and Notifications but it did not disable it.
