OZ Messenger Will Not Connect
 

Hey guys. Im trying to use yahoo messenger through the stock IM program. The problem is it will NOT connect. Tech at Sprint Store has no idea whats wrong with it.. He said..."There is nothing wrong with the phone, I just cant get it to work".....yea..

Any ideas??

To check if it is software related.....do you have access to wifi and try that route, if it still does not work....save your contacts and do a hardreset and see if that corrects you issue.

Ive done a hard reset about 4 times now...even the sprint techs have...is anyone else having this issue or has anyone HAD this issue. Please help

i use it just fine... all i did was input my username and password and check the "join communities" box. No problems whatsoever...
