Storage Card Encryption.

I just recently flashed to a new rom. and when i was using the stock sprint rom i had selected storage card encryption because i didnt want my data deleted.

But when i hard reseted and flashed the rom to a new one. and put my storage card back in the files are like image001.jpg.c357a676 and something like that.

is there any way that i can reopen these files again.

thanks.

Re: Storage Card Encryption.

For future reference, see page 87 in the Sprint manual:

If Encrypt files when placed on a storage card is enabled, back up all files from the microSD card before
using Clear Storage, hard reset, or updating the ROM system software. Otherwise you will no longer be
able to access the encrypted files on the microSD card. Use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center
to transfer files between your microSD card and computer. After the procedure, copy those files back to
the microSD card.
