when sprint finds out you will be billed full retail and last I checked that's in the 700 range so I would probably do the right thing. you would be shooting yourself in the foot if they find out.

Damn, people are messed up nowadays. Just the other day, I bought $6 in lottery, paid with a $10, and they gave me $6 in change back. I realized this when I walked out of the store, and I walked back in and said they gave me too much change back, and returned $2 to them.

Honesty will make you feel like a better person. Report it to Sprint, and return it rightfully back to them.

you will be charged for 2 phones.sometimes sprint doubles up on orders but rest assured,they keep track of their equipment.they sent me 2 touches and i was charged for both within 3 months.plus,they have both esn numbers on file.so you can say "i only got 1",which ever phone you activate they will report the other as lost or stolen thus making it have a bad esn.

i find it interesting how people have such double standards. When sprint screws up and sends two, the customer should be responsible and return it. But people think its "more ethical" to take advantage of loopholes that they pull on Sprint around here (like unjust discounts, free phones, etc).

Just because you can do it easier to a big company doesnt make it right either, so practice what you preach. I still think he should return it, but there are a LOT of hypocrites in here quick to ridicule another

You really should say "some people" instead. I for one, was just happy to keep SERO, and was perfectly fine w/ paying full upgrade price.

There are many people who paid full upgrade price of the phone than who got sweet deals from retentions. The one who paid the full price just don't post it as much.


Anywho, sorry for going off topic.
