Hard Reset

Does a hard reset set everything back to factory settings including the ROM and things?

How do you hard reset?

I'm pretty sure a hard reset restores to the factory defaults. The easiest way to perform a hard reset is to go to Settings > System and choose Clear Storage.

yes, storage card files stay. settings system clear storage.

if you hold the volume down and the center enter key and soft reset button simultaneously it preforms a hard reset as well..

Nope.

You have to soft reset, and then quickly push volume-down, center, and power.
