Texting in groups

is there a way to text to mulitipule people with out have to copy and paste like having group catalgories and a spell check for threading

texting in group ex: having all my football buds recieve the same message instead of copying and pasting for the HTC touch pro

hi enothis the best way to get a hold of your football buddies is to open a new sms tx click on the menu button then click on add recipient choose from contacts select one of your buds when its done adding then click on menu again and select add recipient from contacts and select another of your buds repeat this process till you have all the people you want to send your message too click on the box where your tx goes type in your tx then hit send and it will send the message to all the people you have selected

ya i've had to do the select recipient multipl timesand if you need to send the text to a lot of people, it can be a pain in the rear! If there is a way to create like a "group" you can send to or even when you click add recipient, if it puts check boxes next to all your contacts names and you can just check all the people you want to add that would be cool

What lilbrulesall mentioned is actually available. In the 6.5.x ROMs the messaging apps have the ability to create messaging groups.

hey dude, i searched around ad found a cool app that does it, i did not make this i just found it and it works well enjoy
it is called GroupSMS and the cab is attached
