I'm actually more interested in changing the Sprint logo that pops up and that annoying DINK that happens whenever it comes up. How do we change that?

I don't know about the animated sprint visual, but the "dink" comes from "default.wav" in the windows folder.
Rename any wav you want, and replace it. Mine is currently a clip of HAL 9000. I'm such a geek...

be a pro like me
HKCU/ControlPanel/PhoneExtendFunction/CDMA/FlightModeOnOff Sound on and sound off create a wav put in Windows folder and link it

HKLM\Software\HTC\HTCAnimation create a 640x480.gif and you'll b fine
