Are you talking about the mail in rebate? If so it may depend on what your receipt says. On mine it said 0.00 next to the line that said two year upgrade. SoI went ahead and mailed it in.

The mail in rebate specifically says it's only applicable for people that bought the device at sprint. I doubt you'll get it, you can still mail it in and see what happens if you're so inclined.
