Stay away from the Southcenter Store if your phone has issues
Went there yesterday to pass on the software bug i found and had the pleasure with dealing with one of the stores rep "Lily". she would not even troubleshoot or look at the phone. and she said she would pass on the bug even though i never once got to tell her what it was. when asked to speak to the supervisor she said he wasnt in and he was leaving. would not tell me who was taking their place. hopefully she wont be there long as she has poor customer service skills and doesnt seem to care for her job.
did call support they could not duplicate the issue with there test units. but i did verify it in store. it launched the phone menu . did not dial it though
