Itunes Music to TP

How can I move some or all of my Itunes music to my Touch Pro? I understand the files cannot be protected aac format. Most of mine are Mp3. Looking for a way to bring the files and album art over... Your help is appreciated.

you have to use wmp to embed the album art into the mp3, then just stick them on a microsd card and pop it in.
