You should be able to use bb software to sync your contacts to outlook. You should have outlook on your computer be it express or 03 or 07. Once the contacts are synced with outlook you should be able to view them if you open outlook. Contacts will be in a section somewhere in there but it varies by version of outlook.

Once outlook has all of your contacts set up your winmo device to sync with outlook.

What kind of blackberry do you have. If it is a mini usb it would be the same one that works with the touch.
