Re: wifi problem

Check 2 things. Is your router broadcasting the SSID? Also, is your router set to N mode only?

I'm not sure on this router, but mine is a dual band (dual radio) router and I have my N side and my B/G side. The TP can only see the B/G side since the N side is in a diff. Freq. range.

Re: wifi problem

Pull out your router's manual, look up SSID broadcast and look up N/B/G mode settings.

The detail you are looking for is specific to YOUR router. You have access to the router setup, and the router manual. Look up those 2 items, check their settings on your router and report back.

Re: wifi problem

Look on page 137 and 138 of your manual. On the device, under settings, wifi, you can manually add in your own network as long you know your SSID and security.

Re: wifi problem

I had to disable Access Control in my Wireless Card Access List to get mine to connect.

I am using WPA-PSK (TKIP) on a G network.

Re: wifi problem

I have a Belkin N+ Wireless Router and I'm having the same issue as Zayebis. My Sprint HTC Touch Pro can see all the wireless routers in this area except mine. My router is setup for N&G&B, is broadcasting the SSID and I have Access Control disabled.

A possible fix for the Belkin Wireless N router not being seen by the Touch Pro

Zayebis, I found this over at XDA. It's specific for your router. I hope it helps. I'm going to contact Belkin and see if they can help me with my N+ wireless router, since I'm having the same problem you are having.
