How did you get them to swap you up like that? Nice. The switch is better if you like/want keyboard or sd slot, those are the big differences between TP and Diamond.

just told them that i replaced my phone at the store a few times and that im not near a repair center so they said ok, and paid my fifty bucks, thats it! i do miss the keyboard and the expansion slot so i hope is a better move.

It's been 12 days since I filed a claim and I am still waiting. I was told 7-10 days and I would have my replacement. My old MotoQ feels like a dinosaur. There site just says to check back after 24 hours like mentioned above.

People should NOT have to go without a phone.
That is why we PAY for insurance.

My first pro i ordered through sprint not asurion was cracked in the chrome then i called back they said there shipping me a brand new 1 out i waited a week the brown truck brought me a refurb touch diamond and i called back they told me sorry sir ill make you a eticket that was like 2 weeks ago so now im sitting home waiting im goin to try some stores now though
