Please explain to me how Push Mail...
works? i have set my account up and followed the tutorial, however i do not know what to do next. i mean do i set up emails for it?

whats the next step?

you have to log in to each account like gmail for example with your web browser and change the settings to forward emails to your mail2web account.

Push requires that you leave the data connection on. If you leave the data connection on all the time anyways (I do) then push will use less battery.
