Touch Flo 3D restarts scrollin thru pics

has anyone else experienced touchflo restarting when they are scrolling thru their pics? when im scrolling thru i get to the third pic it restarts. everytime. i havent soft reset yet. i must add that the pics are on my storage card (4G). how do i fix this, and is there a way to chose which pics will show up on touchflo.

I had the same issue. I removed the pic it was restarting on and it worked fine. I think somehow the pic or pics gets corrupt and makes touchflo crash.

Search is your friend. Several threads about this already. Remove your Mogul photos from that folder and it'll work fine.

i dont know if its just the mogul pics. I removed all the pics i had, started with a completely empty folder and took pics on halloween night with the TP camera and it was doing it again with a couple of the pics.

Im having the same problem, tried hard resetting thinking it might be a third party app causing it that didnt work. I exchanged it for another phone still same problem, called htc they told me they will look into the problem, if it's widespread they will put a update

I just answered this on the xda thread about this. what you can do is make sure your pics are not saved to your my pictures folder in you memory card. Move them to your dcim pics and then put them into 100 media folder. this will take care of the problem. The software is getting confused on where to get the pics so it just cancels out when you try to scroll. to test this you'll notice that when you take pics they scroll fine but anything already saved will not. let me know if this helps

that did not work at all.. i moved even the sample photos to the dcim\100media folder

i cant see how it can be confused when looking in different folders. the software happens to be very intelligent imo. i scans your folders and brings up the photos on your handheld no matter where they are.

i would also like to add that existing pictures should take precedence over the photos you are taking now and the future, simply because those are the ones you will be transferring to your device so you can show to friends and family. any professional would tell you that his/her archive of photos is extemely important and must be portable
