how can i export treo 700wx contacts to TP?
 

I have a treo 700wx that i'm trying to export the contacts. I've tried pim backup, hooking both phones at same time and it won't work.

PIM Backup is one way and would have been my suggestion. Not sure why that didn't work for you. Another way is to hook it up to your computer if you have Outlook. Sync the contacts with your 700wx then hookup your TP and sync its contacts.

One other way is to setup an acct on an exchange server (free option mail2web) and sync with your 700wx. After doing this, do the same with the TP.

Your devices can use ActiveSync via USB or OTA. You can also take the two devices into any Sprint store and they can do this.

sync ur 700wx with outlook contacts thats how the tp works with outlook

If you have ActiveSync or Vista AND Outlook installed on you computer, you can do a backup and restore that way. Otherwise, your only option is to use bluetooth to transfer each one of your contacts.

I have wireless sync through work. So when ever I have to rebuild my phone or get a new one I just set ActiveSync up on the phone and let it do it's thing. All contacts, emails and schedules are updated on the phone.

Someone else here may also have a better idea. But this is what I do.
