Using TP as modem for notebook

Has anyone tried to use the TP as a modem? Is it possible with the stock programs from Sprint?

Re: Using TP as modem for notebook

Just curious.. has anyone tried wmodem 2.25? It works, but kicks the connection into 1X mode. Possible fix for this? Currently I am using wmwifirouter (latest) and works well through usb.

Re: Using TP as modem for notebook

There is a tab in the Diamond tweaks program you could use. That is of course if you find it to tedious to go into the reg and do it yourself. There is an option where it it makes the modem use the data like a regular connection instead of PAM.
