Remove Plastic from Slider?

Did you remove the plastic behind the slider?

Yup. I removed mine a few hours after I opened my phone. Didn't notice it was there until I saw a dull spot in the chrome ring. Haven't noticed anything unusual after removing it.

I removed mine right away because whenever i get something new i scour it for plastic cause i like peeling it off

I removed mine, do we all have sound problems? Anyone's vibrate just completely stop or actually slow down?

no i have haptic on mine and everytime i touch the screen it vibes

no, mine works fine, including both vibrate and audio and I removed it - it is just packaging...
