Has anyone sucessfully ordered the Touch Pro through retentions yet?
 

The deal that i was offered was through retentions...I called as soon as i saw the thread saying they were for sale through telesales.

Went through all the steps and the lady i was speaking through telesales put me on hold so she could verify my notes through retentions and 15 min later, they were not able to find my notes. They sent me up with a return call from the EMT (Escaleted Mgnt Team) Dprt, said i should receive a call within 4 hours. nobody ever called.

I finally was able to check my e-mail and realize that they were referring to the wrond offer. They never thought to look for another offer. I called back and had them reference my notes on a certain date and within 2 min they found the offer.

Was then transfered to telesales with the retention man on the phone and telesales not for sale until the 2nd. This went on for 3 calls total and i finally gave up on it.

I called about 4 or 5 hours later just to verify they were able to find my notes with the correct offer and they were. But cant order the phone until the 2nd and i would have to call them to place the order.

Has anyone been able to order through retentions or any other dprt other than telesales?

Ask me on Monday. That's when I'm going to ask them to honor my retentions deal.

I believe they will be able to ship it out as long as EVP is doing it.

Well i know monday is the "OFFICIAL" release date, i was told to call then too but i was just wondering if anyone was able to order today though.

I hope when i call back to order there is no big deal again...its VERY VERY frustrating...

i also was told the tp isnt available till second of nov. told them to transfer me to ts and they took care of me. even trade for my diamond. took me 40 min to tell them the phone is available now.

who did you go through to get your deal? eCare or Retentions???
