Then don't wait. Like the others said, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Just wait or go to Best Buy and pay the money for it.

I just got an email about 10 minutes ago saying they placed an order. So it just took a long time. So I sent them back an email cause now I've got two phones ordered just like someone else in the thread. This last one couldn't have shipped out already though (I'm guessing the one I ordered at 5pm CST didn't ship out today either) so hopefully they can easily cancel one of them.

Re: Has anyone been able to order through ecare?

Emailed ecare today asking what type of upgrade path i had on the 2 moguls on my SERO account that was activated in february. I stated that the phones were crippled from lack of memory causing random lockups and explained other issues ive had with the phones such as keyboard issues and they pretty much said i had 0 options.

I don't want something for nothing, id extend my contract and even swap phones just to get the price to a reasonable level, just dont wanna shell out $1200 then hope i can ebay the titans.

Re: Has anyone been able to order through ecare?

I think it is just easier to wait if you are going through ecare. They emailed me back also, but they said they can't do anything until Nov. 2nd. They said that i could order through telesales if I wanted, but they didnt make it clear if I would be getting a refund. I can wait two days. No big deal.

I don't think that ecare can order it yet. Only telesales and employee telesales can order right now. What you can do though is this. If you already have confirmation from Sprint about returning your Diamond, order the phone through Telesales and request a return kit for your Diamond. Telesales will have to charge you for the phone initially, but once you return your Diamond, e-mail ecare with the tracking number of your Diamond, and ask for an immediate credit.

I spoke with telesales and employee telesales for a couple hours today. If you already have something set up with ecare to exchange your Diamond for a Touch Pro on 11/2, call up customer service and ask for a return kit, then transfer to Telesales and explain to them your situation. They can order you the Touch Pro immediately. The only downside is that they have to charge you for the phone when placing the order. Once you receive the phone and return kit, send back your Diamond. After you send back the Diamond, e-mail ecare and give them the tracking number for the return kit and ask for an immediate credit. I confirmed this with 3 different telesales reps today.

Good luck!
