Touch Pro for Mogul Ecare email inside...

So I emailed ecare about trading my mogul for the touch pro. My mogul is good, but giving me issues with the multiple key presses and my Function button not working properly. Attached is what I was able to accomplish. Touch Pro in my hands for 124.99. I may email them back to ask for 99.99 as I have 4 lines and have been a customer since 2004. What do you guys think? Am I asking too much to get the phone for 100 bucks? Is 124.99 a fair deal? I like Sprint I dont want to see them go out of business and Im not trying to screw them out of a brand new phone. I legitimately have an issue that I would like to resolve with a new device.

Question: Hello. I have been a sprint customer for a little over 4
years. So far I have been pleased with the level of service I have
received. However, I am experiencing equipment issues. I have the HTC
Mogul on my main line. As of late, I have been having trouble with the
keyboard. It has been giving me mutiple letters when I type a letter as

well as not recognizing the Alt (little blue button) to allow me to

So small...can't read the attachment. $124.99 is a steal. I'd stay content with that, but it never hurts to ask.

Dude, are you asking if $124.99 is a fair deal? Are you serious? Of course its a good deal, thats what they offered you, take it. I mean don't get me wrong, nothing is wrong with trying to save a buck or two but this is a touch pro, forget about $125 I would be excited as hell if I could get one for $250.

From reading your email chain that you posted, it looks like the rep had their numbers crossed up. The retail cost of the phone is $599.99. There are 2 "instant rebates" (just like the Diamond). $75-150 (depending on eligibility) and additional $50, plus $100 MIR, which is what makes the phone 299.99 (depending on eligible instant w/ 2 year extension).

That being said, this rep has basically given you $300 off (right away), then an additional $175 off.

Deal?...Well, I hope Sprint honors it.

i dont have sero. I sent the email to the contact us section via sprints site. I just replied to their reply when I had more questions...
Im going to stick with the 124.99 and print the email as requested when I visit the sprint store!
