Already broke my Pro.

Are warranty replacement phones via Sprint's TEP refurbished or new?

wtf? how? i dont think they could be refurdished yet but when you claims through TEP usually they send you refurbed ones.

How did it die? I have not added TEP to my line yet but I am probably going to do it. I just can not imagine shelling out full price to replace the Pro.

theres also an insurance plan through BB in which i think is better than the Sprints TEP plan?

might want to look into that a lil.

The guy at Best Buy said that its $6 or $7 and it doesnt cover lost, stolen or liquid damage but there is also not a deductible that you have to pay if u need to use the warrenty.

actaully u cannot use tep on the device yet seeing as sprint doesnt have any in there warehouses yet. so ur sol until at least nov 2nd
