Is there an app that turns volume to max on bluetooth handsfree connections?

I turn my phone to vibrate during the day when I have meetings and class. Then on my drive home my phone connects to my car like it is supposed to but when someone calls, I can't hear the ring or call announce in my car because the Touch Pro's volume is off. I can't use MSVC either because I can't hear the voice prompts/confirmations. Is there an app that automatically sets the volume to max on the Touch Pro whenever I connect to a Bluetooth handsfree or headset and then returns it to the previously set volume after the BT connection is out of range or terminated?
