What the heck is up with the contacts screen?

See attached image. The "< m >" part is always shoved too far left and always cuts off exactly the last 3 digits of every single phone number. Why? This is retarded. My touch had the "< m >" part flush with the right side of the screen on every contact, and the whole number showed.

Is there a way to fix this?

settings/system/screen/Text size. Mine is over to the smaller side. If you're young, I think it's better, esp. with a VGA screen. Your font looks huge.

Re: What the heck is up with the contacts screen?

I know how to change the text size, but that still doesn't change where those little m's are. If you change the view to show only the contact name, you'll see what I am talking about. The <m> moves all the way over to the right side, all flush with each other.

Re: What the heck is up with the contacts screen?

Mine is like that as well, but I always go to Menu > Options and turn on Show contact names only.

In fact, I just dropped the Screen > Text Size down two notches, and while the font is small enough that it happens to show all the numbers now, the < m > is still positioned in the same position on the screen, so it still isn't right-aligned where it seems logical to be.

That said, I think this is more of a Windows Mobile glitch than anything else.

I dont even know why they put them in there anyways. You cannot go left or right on the D-pad, it only has up or down.

I know what he meant... I've had 3 TP's now, and NONE of them have a d-pad that allows you to go left or right at all. Doesn't even work sporadically lol.
