Home text size changing?

Occasionally, after powering my phone from the screen-off state, the home screen text will be smaller than normal. Also, the clock looks different (black square is gone, it's just the time, but in the same smaller text). Is this a WM bug?

You've accidentally scrolled down, just slide your finger downward on the screen.
