What's the "OK" button for hard reset?

Since the other thread was closed before my ever-so-important question was answered...

Is the "OK" button referred to in the hard reset procedure the center of the d-pad?

Yes it is the center button, someone made a comment a few posts after yours about how tricky the D-pad was, so I thought you saw that.

Yeah, but I didn't know if they meant the center, because the center of the d-pad is in no way tricky, lol.

Easiest way is to skip the stylus method and use the power button IMO. I took out the battery and then put it back in. I pressed and held the volume down and the center of the d-pad. While continuing to hold them, I pressed the power button and got the hard reset screen. Once you get it down, its not that hard.
